Hi! I’m Martin. I blog about things I find interesting and think are worth sharing, usually where creativity and technology meet: engineering culture, agile, reliability, and the occasional maker project.
I started out as a Java engineer and have since grown into an Engineering Manager. These days I spend my time on people, strategy, and keeping systems reliable and secure, and I enjoy helping teams build things they are proud of.
In my spare time you’ll find me tinkering with programming ideas or making things with 3D modelling and CNC machines.
I love being a speaker at events on any of the topics discussed here.
